Sky scrapers fitness testing 2010

for the first 5 weeks of term 3 we have been doing fitness circuit training some of the activities included

soccer juggle
skipping
hoop step

the following is my recoding sheet. I think my
Fitness did improve because my scores got better

  1. That is really good Drake. I think you are very fit anyway because you play a lot of sport. You also spend a lot of time outside involved in other activities that keep you healthy, like running, playing on the tramp and playing with Cody. I know how much you enjoy going for our family walks and you often beat us in our running races.
